Councilmember__ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #03-11-XX <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING 1sT AND FINAL PAYMENT TO TWIN PINES <br /> EARTHWORKS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #03-31 (SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS <br /> PARK 2~) ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 26th, 2003, City Council adopted Resolution #03-08-223 <br /> receiving bids and awarding contract for the above referenced work; 'and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br /> recommended final payment to Twin Pines Earthworks in the amount of $40,296.96. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Twin Pines Earthworks for <br /> Improvement Project #03-31, Sunfish Lake Business Park 2nd Addition in the amount of <br /> $47,195.00 on November 25, 2003. <br /> <br />2) That the City Council authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form <br /> for this payment. <br /> <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br /> bills for the month of November 2003. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br /> resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution.was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />__ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 25th day of November 2003. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-11~XXX <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
