Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Johnson, Commissioners Braue~~ Yan Scoy, <br />Jeffrey, and Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson"N~xt and commissioner <br />Shepherd <br /> <br />Commission Business . - ~ '~' <br /> <br />Commissioner Watson stated it sounds like Staff would'be willing to forego Class V if there w~ <br />a maintenance agreement. <br /> <br />Commissioner Van Scoy added they would want to limit}the number o:~Pehicles as well. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald indicated the permit does limit the er of vehicles to 70. She would- <br />recommend striking condition number two of the resolution, and~imiting theParking area to the <br />rear and side yard, with weekly mowing and maintenance and no a~Plication of Class V. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jeffrey asked ho~ ,this woul~ ~be enforced if it was not maintained as outlined. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald stated it would be enforCed theCity's code enforcement staff. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Co~issioner Watson to recommend that <br />City Council adopt Findings of Fact favorable to the request from Bruce Volk for an interim use <br />permit for outdoor Storage as a secondary Principal use at 14165 Ramsey Boulevard. <br /> <br />Motion :carded. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Johnson, Commissioners Van Scoy, Watson, <br />Brauer, and Jeffrey. VOting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt and Commissioner Shepherd. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Van SC°y, Seconded by Commissioner Brauer to recommend that City <br />Council approve the request for an Interim Use Permit to allow 'for outdoor storage as a <br />secondary principal use at 14165 Ramsey Boulevard, based on the findings of fact, until August <br />1,2005, with a change to condition #2 to read: <br /> 2) The Permittee herein agrees that all travel trailers and/or recreational vehicles (RV) <br /> will be stored onan area that will be maintained weekly. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Johnson, Commissioners Van Scoy, Brauer, <br />Jeffrey, and Watson. Voting No: None.
