Police force designated by the Chief of Police, notifies any licensee not to sell any property or not to permit the same to be redeemed, and licensee shall not sell nor permit such property to be redeemed until such property is released in writing by the Chief of Police, or designate. 7.94.08 Holding period. No personal property deposited with or purchased by any licensee shall be sold or permitted to be redeemed from the place of business of licensee until thirty (30) days after the copy of the records required by 7.94.12 have been made available to the Chief of Police, except upon written permission of the Chief of Police. 7.94.09 Hours of Operation. From 9:00 p.m. Saturday to 7:00 a.m. Monday, no property shall be received, purchased or sold by any secondhand goods dealer. No transactions of any kind shall occur on any other day before 7:00 a,m., nor on any day after 9:00 p.m. 7.94.10 Verification of Identification of Property. All employees of a secondhand goods dealer shop shall verify the identification information of any property by personal inspection of the property to determine any serial number or other identification information on the property. 7.94.11 Revocation of License. Pursuant to 7.01.08, any violation of the terrns of this Section or any provision of the City Code shall be grounds for suspension and/or revocation of the license issued pursuant to this Section. A license may be suspended and/or revoked by the Council only for cause and only after adequate notice to the licensee with the full opportunity for the licensee to be heard. 7.94,12 Records Required. At the time of any reportable transaction other than renewals, extensions or redemptions, every licensee must immediately record in English, the following information by using ink or other indelible medium on forms or in a computerized record approved by the City's Police Chief. Ao A complete and accurate description of each item including, but not limited to, any trademark, identification number, serial number, model number, brand name, or other identifying mark on such an item. B. The purchase price, amount of money loaned upon, or pledged therefore. The maturity date of the transaction and the amount due, including monthly and annual interest rates and all pawn fees and charges. Do Date, time and place the item of property was received by the licensee, and the unique alpha and/or numeric transaction identifier that distinguishes it from all other transactions in the licensee's records. Full name, residence address, residence telephone number, date of birth and accurate description of the person from whom the item of the property was received, including: sex, height, weight, race, color of eyes and color of hair.
