Give us an idea of <br />your vision for how the City could redevelop this area to increase economic <br />development in the City. <br /> <br />The City is interested in completing a marketing project. Do you think the EDA should <br />maintain this focus on redevelopment or should it shift toward other types of <br />development? <br /> <br />Company X is looking for a location to land its new 100,000 S.F. manufacturing <br />facility. There are other communities marketing for this company and the <br />company has narrowed its choices to Ramsey and two other metropolitan cities. <br />If you were the person in charge of negotiations sitting down with the manager of <br />the proposed company, how would you market Ramsey? What aspects of what <br />the business will be bringing to the community are important to you?
