Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #13-08-128 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO EXPAND AN EXISTING RELIGIOUS INSTITUTION IN THE R-1 RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, Pathways Community Church (the "Permittee") has properly applied to the <br />City of Ramsey (the "City") for a Conditional Use Permit (the "Permit") to expand their existing <br />religious institution with the addition of an accessory building on the property generally known as <br />6341 167th Avenue NW, and legally described as: <br />The west 396 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except road subject to easement <br />of record. <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on August 1, 2013 and conducted a public <br />hearing and recommended City Council approve/deny the request. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That this Permit shall be perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed <br />herein are complied with. <br />2. That the permitted uses on the site shall be limited to a religious institution and its <br />associated activities. <br />3. This Permit replaces all previous conditional use permits related to the religious <br />institution and expansions, with the exception of Resolution #92-03-047 relating to <br />maintaining two (2) principal buildings on the Subject Property. <br />4. The Permittee shall develop the Subject Property in accordance with the site plan <br />attached herein as Exhibit A. <br />5. That the accessory building shall be constructed in accordance with MN State Building <br />Code and construction shall not commence until the Permittee has properly obtained <br />a building permit from the City. <br />6. That the accessory building shall be constructed with soffit, fascia and eave overhangs <br />to match the principal building. <br />7. That the overhead door of the accessory building must be serviced with a driveway <br />either from the parking lot or off the existing driveway for the parsonage. <br />
