M~ximum Sign Area: Three hundred (300) squ~re feet per <br />facing and not to exceed two (2) facings. Double-faced signs <br />shall be attacheC back to back. <br /> <br /> c. Minimum Setback from Street Right-of-Way Lines: Five <br />(5) feet. <br /> <br /> d. Sign Structure Specifications: The structure shall be <br />all metal. The metal shall be either painted or treated to <br />prevent deterioration. Lack of proper maintenance shall be cause <br />for revocation of the special use permit. <br /> <br />, DISTRICT REGUI~ATIONS <br /> <br />In addition to those signs permitted in all districts, the <br />following signs are permitted in each specific district and shall <br />be regulated as to size, location and character according to the <br />requirements herein set forth. <br /> <br />RESIDENTIAL TYPE DISTRICTS <br /> <br />1. Nameplate Signs: One (1) sign for each dwelling unit, not <br />greater than two (2) square feet in area, indicating the name <br />and/or address of the occupant. <br /> <br />2. Institutional and Recreational Signs: One (1) sign or <br />bulletin board per street frontage for a church, a public <br />institutional use or a recreational use in the residential <br />districts. Such sign or bulletin board shall not exceed twenty- <br />four (24) square feet in area nor shall it be placed closer than <br />ten (10) feet to any street right-of-way line. <br /> <br />3. Area Identification Signs: One (1) sign per development, not <br />to exceed twenty-four (24) square feet in area. <br /> <br />4. Temporary Signs: Refer to Section 170.053P. <br /> <br />5. Minimum Setback: No part of a sign shall be within five (5) <br />feet of any property line. (EXCEPTION: Nameplate sign may be <br />placed anywhere on the owners property.) <br /> <br />URBAN MULTIPLE BUSINESS DISTRICTS <br /> <br />1. Identification Signs: One (1) identification sign or symbol <br />per building, not greater than six (6) square feet in area, <br />provided such sign is attached flat against a wall of the <br />building. <br /> <br />2. Area Identification Signs: One (1) area identification sign <br />per development, providing such sign does not exceed twenty-four <br /> <br /> <br />
