PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />MR. ARNOLD KLAR <br />16020 POTASSIUM STREET N.W. <br />5/3/89 <br /> <br />On ,1989, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Arnold Klm' to mantain <br />ten vehicle and equipment items relating to the firewood sales business at 16020 Potassium Street <br />N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 9, Block 4, Hall Anderson Acres, Anoka Count3,, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code and takes <br />precedence over that permit issued on July 11, 1984. This conditional use permit is perpetual in <br />it's duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this <br />permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall deliver any and all wood that is sold. <br /> <br />This permit shall implement the terms of Option #1, or Option #2 or Option #3 as <br />follows: ,," <br /> <br />The vehicles and equipment permitted to be stored on the property shall be Iimited <br />to the following: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br /> <br />Four delivery trucks <br />Three wood and equipment trailers <br />One bobcat <br />One bac ~khoe with cat crawler <br /> <br />4. That no diseased firewood shall be kept on the premises. <br /> <br />5. That storage of flammable fluids on the property must comply with the Fire Code. <br /> <br />The majority of the wood shall be stored in the north side yard with one column of <br />wood allowed parallel to the rear property 'line. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That woodpile heights shall not exceed 8 feet and widths shall not exceed 4 feet; a <br />20 foot minimum clearance shall be maintained between woodpiles; the column of <br />wood parallel to the rear property line shall have a rear yard setback equal to the <br />height of the woodpile; the woodpiles shall maintain a front yard setback equal to <br />that of the home; the woodpiles shall maintain a 35 foot setback from the side <br />property line. <br /> <br />The fact that unusual amounts of firewood are stored on the property shall be <br />registered at the 911 communication network. <br /> <br />9. That the use shall comply with any other applicable requirements of the f~re code. <br /> <br />10. Hours of operation shall be limited to <br /> <br />1!. <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to inspect the premises at any reasonable time should it <br />receive any complaints or suspect any Violations to this conditional use perrrfit. <br /> <br /> <br />
