Frey is proposing t~ construct an auto and truck repair garage to be located at 7029 <br />Highway #10 Northwest. The legal description for the property is: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, KOVAR ADDITION. <br /> <br />The proposed structure would measure approximately 66' x 40' feet in size and would consist of the <br />various portions of the front and side being covered in facades simulated brick (refer to <br />rendering); the remaining portion of the structure would be of steel construction. The proposed <br />structure would be located in a non-sewered B-1 Business District. On May 2, 1989 the Ramsey <br />Planning and Zoning Commission made the recommendation that City Council approve Mr. <br />George Frey's request for site plan approval as resubmitted, contingent upon compliance with <br />items in the City Engineer's report dated April 27, 1989. <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the George J. Frey site plan providing that items listed in the City <br />Engineer's review (April 27, 1989) are addressed. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to approve/deny the George J.
