As we' <br />understand, you wish to construct a building over a former <br />underground storage tank (UST) storage area from which the USTs <br />have been removed. Previous soil borings and testing provided by <br />another company have indicated that soils and possibly <br />groundwater in this area are contaminated with petroleum <br />products. In particular, information indicates that the area <br />under which you wish to construct your building has soil <br />contamination probably present to the water table at a depth of <br />approximately 10 to 11 feet. You have also indicated to us that <br />you must immediately start construction on this project <br />regardless of the contamination problem. <br /> <br />2.0 <br /> <br />Proposed Building Construction <br /> <br />You have indicated to us that you intend to construct a <br />prefabricated metal building on top of a concrete block <br />foundation constructed to a depth of approximately 4 1/2 feet <br /> <br /> W'arz?
