The lots along the lake have been revised to meet the <br />200 foot width requirement of the Shoreland Overlay District <br />Development Standards. <br /> <br />The proposed street, through the P.U.D. should be renamed from <br />Andrie Road to Andrie Street to be consistent with City's <br />street identification system. <br /> <br />The proposed street has been extended to the south to match the <br />e):tension of !53rd Avenue which was recently constructed. <br /> <br />In review of the drainage plans, easements for the sto.--m sewer, <br />ponding areas and ditches have been provided on the plan. <br />However, an easement for the drainage to the west must be <br />provided. DNR pe-~-mits will also be required for the outlets to <br />Lake itasca. <br /> <br />The city Code re_cmires that a minimum of 20 percent of private <br />cr public cpen space be provided.
