Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~89-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR CENTRAL LANDSCAPING, INC. <br />(PROJECT ~89-3 CENTRAL PARK TURF ESTABLISHMENT AND IRRIGATION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this <br />project in April, 1989; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution #89-4-. awarding the bid to Central Landscaping, Inc. <br />for the construct~6n of the Central Park Warming House. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., <br />recommended partial payment to Central Landscaping, Inc. in the <br />amount of $28,919.90. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the city Council hereby authorizes partial payment <br />to Central Landscaping, Inc. for Central Park Warming House in the <br />amount of $28,919.90. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not <br />included in Resolution ~89-05- approving pas~ent of bills for the <br />month of May, 1989. <br /> <br /> 4) That the city of Ramsey Finance Department be provided <br />a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for this adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey city Council this the 23rd day of May, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
