Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR E.H. RENNER & SONS, INC. <br />(PROJECT #88-16 CENTRAL PARK WARMING HOUSE WELL) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Ramsey approved this <br />project in November, 1987; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey entered into <br />an agreement with E.H. Renner & Sons, Inc. for the construction of <br />the Central Park Warming House Well. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc., recommended partial payment to E.H. Rennet & <br />Sons, Inc. in the amount of $250.00. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment <br />to E.H. Rennet & Sons, Inc. for the Warming House Well construction <br />in the amount of $250.00. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not <br />included in Resolution #89-05- approving payment of bills for <br />the month of April, 1989. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided <br />a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the followin~ abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of May, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
