A revised plan apparently has <br />been submitted which reflects adequate setback requirements and <br />allows for the loading dock clearances. <br /> <br />Parking lot and access drives should be paved surfaces. Future <br />parking lot expansion should be shown on the drawing. The existing <br />drive and parking area in the SW corner of the lot is proposed as <br />future building area expansion within a proposed 4-5 year time <br />frame. P&Z may wish to consider recommending a variance from hard <br />surfacing of this area. <br /> <br />Water usage is limited to that used by employees for personal <br />hygiene. No water is used for production.
