On March 30, 1989, City s~aff and North Fork, Inc. met to review a draft <br />amendment to the park dedication agreement for Northfork. A final draft was <br />submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission and Park and Recreation <br />Ccmmission upon their completion. On April 25, 1989, the Ramsey Ci',y Council <br />approved a motion to accept the proposed land dedication portion of the Amended <br />Park Dedication Agreement and recommended no changes in the casL p~))~ent <br />(10%) requirement for lands West of Andrie Street. On :',prl] 11, 1989, the Ramsey <br />Planning and Zoning Commission made the recommendation of accepting tLe <br />proposed land dedication portion of the Amended Park Dedic~.tion Agreement and <br />to establish $500.00 per lot at the time of final plat approval for the area West of <br />Andrie Street. On April 25, 1989, the Ramsey City Council approved a motion to <br />accept the proposed land dedication portion of the Amended }'ark Dedication <br />Agreement and to establish 2500.00 per lot at the time of final plat. approval for the <br />area West of Andrie Street. The Council directed the City Attorney present the <br />draft amended Park Dedication Agreement in form for adoption at its May 9th <br />meeting. On May 9, 19S9, the Ramsey City Council agreed to enter into the Park <br />Dedication Agreement for the e_nt~r¢ Northfork P.U.D. as presented. <br /> <br />On April 20, 1989, staff met with North Fork, Inc. to review the preliminary plat. <br />Based on this meeting, on April 27, 1989, the City received an amended <br />preliminary plat.
