The proposed subdivision is located in the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section <br />17, Township 32, Range 25. The forty acre parcel is located West of Whispering Pines Estates Plat <br />3. On December 8, 1988, the Park and <br />Recreation Commission recommended that 75 feet along the South side of the property and one acre <br />in the Southwest quarter of the plat and the remainder in cash be used to satisfy park dedication <br />requirements. On January 4, 1989, the City received formal application and escrow payment for <br />the subdivision platting process. Also on January 4, 1989, R. J. Sybrant 2nd Addition's name was <br />changed to North Forty 2nd Addition. On February 7, 1989 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission tabled action on the plat until the developer has complied with comments in the City <br />Engineer's report (January 31, 1989).
