4. That the city's Clerk/Administrator is hereby directed <br />to prepare a notice of completion of the proceedings in conformance <br />with the requirements of MSA 412.851, which notice of completion <br />the Clerk/Administrator is then directed to present to the Anoka <br />County Auditor for entry on the County's transfer records, and the <br />said notice shall then be filed with the County Recorder. <br /> 5. That the vacating of the easements described in <br />paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 above are contingent upon: (1) Northfork <br />dedicating additional drainage easement pursuant to the platting <br />of Northfork 3rd Addition, as shown on the preliminary plat of <br />Northfork 3rd Addition, and (2) Northfork conveying to the City the <br />80' wide right-of-way and drainage easements necessary for the <br />realignment of 153rd Avenue NW, which easements are known as <br />parcels A and B of City Improvement Project 88-21 and are located <br />north of the Burlington Northern Railroad tracks. <br /> <br /> Motion for the foregoing Resolution was made by Council Member <br /> and seconded by Council Member <br /> , and the following Council Members <br /> <br />voted in favor of the Resolution: <br /> <br />The following Council Members voted against the Resolution: <br /> <br />The following Council Members abstained: <br /> <br /> <br />
