1200 ACRES OF COUIN'TRY PI~:J\!&CY '~ May 1, 1989 Mr. Mark Banwart Community Development Director Ramsey Municipal Center 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW Ramsey, Mn. 55303 Vacation of Easements Granting of Easements Dear Mr. Banwart: Pursuant to our previous discussions and discussions with Mr. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson-Anderson, we are hereby requesting a public hearing or hearings to vacate certain easements in the Northfork PUD. Copies of such easements are attached as are the names of the record owners of all lots within 350 feet of each easement. The first is a 60 foot wide trail easement identified in that certain Park Dedication Agreement executed bythe City of Ramsey and North Fork in February of 1987. Such easement is being replaced by a 75 foot'wide'trail-easement over slightly different property identified in the Addendum to such Park Dedication Agreement which should be signed prior to the public hearing. A portion cf the land encumbered by the new easemenn is being added to the plat of Northfork Third. The second is a drainage easement affecting Northfork Third. The ==~_~, ..... was given at thetime of the pla~ting of Northfork (first addition). Such drainage easement is being replaced by an alternative drainage easement as indicated on the plat o= Northfork Third. The third is the easement for the extension cf t53rd Avenue NW toward an intersection with Highway i0. Such easement is being replaced by an alternative easement necessitated by the realignment of such extension. We would not expect that any of these matters would be in the leas~~ controversial.
