ADDENDUM TO JOINT COOPERATION AGREI~-MENT <br /> <br /> THIS ADDENDUM, made and entered into the 8ch day of November , <br />1989, (thc date of the signatures of the partie~ notwitl~tanding) bY and between Anoka County, <br />a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to az the "County', and the <br /> <br />City of Ramse.v , Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "Municipality', said <br /> <br />parties to this Agreement each being governmental units of the State of Minnesota, and is made <br />pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 471.59. <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the parties entered into an agreement under Title I of the Housing and <br />Community Development Act of 1974, az amended, to provide for a program of community <br />development block grants; and, <br /> <br /> WIIERE, AS, the parties wish to amend said Agreement; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and understandings <br /> <br />contained herein, the parties agree that said Agreement be and hereby is amended as follows: <br /> The parties agree to add the following Paragraph H to Section V., Special Provisions: <br /> II. The parties agree that pursuant to 24 CFR 570.501Co), the Municipality is <br /> subject to the same requirements applicable to subrecipients, including a written <br /> agreement as set forth in 24 CFR 570.503. Such agreements are only entered into <br /> when a Municipality chooses to propose a project and actually will receive funds <br /> from the County's entitlement allocation. <br /> <br /> <br />
