district. <br /> <br />For any residential, commercial or industrial development <br />that is not required to provide sidewalk as part of the <br />stated plan, but sidewalk is required on the opposite <br />side of the street, the developer(s) shall be required <br />to pay into the sidewalk and trail fund herein <br />established, 1/2 of the cost of the improvement as if it <br />were to be placed on the developer's side. <br /> <br />In lieu of sidewalk or trailway construction, the City <br />may require an escrow deposit for sidewalk or trailway <br />construction if it so determines that construction of <br />said facilities of said facilities would best be <br />accomplished sometime in the future. <br /> <br />Section 2.
