7. That the overhead door of the new accessory building must be serviced with an asphalt <br />or concrete driveway extending either from the parking lot or off the existing driveway <br />for the parsonage. <br />8. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br />9. The City shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes <br />annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. In the event the Permittee is <br />determined to be in violation of any of the conditions set forth herein, the City shall <br />give the Permittee written notice of the violation. The Permittee shall be given thirty <br />(30) days to correct the violation and submit a written response to the notice. <br />10. That this Permit shall automatically expire if the building permit for the new accessory <br />building is not applied for by August 13, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution as duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Tossey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Tossey <br />Councilmember Backous <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council, this <br />the 13 day of August, 2013. <br />Resolution #13 -08 -128 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
