Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #13-09-150 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING AMENDED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />APPROVAL OF TOWN CENTER GARDENS 3RD ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, on July 22, 2004, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plan for a plat to be named Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 5, 2004 and November 11, 2004, the Planning Commission <br />reviewed the sketch plan and recommended that the developer proceed to the preliminary plat <br />stage; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 10, 2005, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the <br />proposed plat and recommended park dedication be satisfied through a cash payment; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 24, 2005, the developer submitted a preliminary plat for Town <br />Center Gardens 3rd Addition to the City; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 3, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat of Town Center Gardens 3rd <br />Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 2005, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Town <br />Center Gardens 3rd Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 2, 2005, the developer submitted a final plat for Town Center <br />Gardens 3rd Addition to the City; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 9, 2005, the City Council approved the final plat for Town <br />Center Gardens 3rd Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has received a Building Permit Application for a single-family <br />model that deviates from the three (3) single-family models that were approved as part of the <br />Planned Unit Development. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an amendment to the Planned Unit Development of <br />Town Center Gardens Third Addition to permit a modified two-story, split -entry residential <br />dwelling consistent with City Code Section 117-111 (R-1 Residential District). <br />
