55 <br />Elmcrest Park Community Building — August 8, 2013 <br />Work Session — August 8, 2013 <br />• After the June 11th CC Work Session, Studio 55 worked up a couple of sketches and ran <br />them by Mr. Riverblood for feedback. During this feedback we began taking about the <br />heritage of the area and if this rich agrarian history could somehow be incorporated into <br />our design (roof shapes, vertical siding cupolas and natural stone, recalling an <br />agricultural way of life). We kept the main footprint (as presented on 6/11) intact and <br />reduced the upper level by 100 square feet and have drawn our interpretation and offer <br />three different color options, we look for direction on how to precede. <br />• American Liberty Construction has updated their 6111 rough estimate to incorporate the <br />upgrade of materials. <br />• Budget recap; <br />o Revised construction estimate <br />$550,000 <br />Additions to estimate <br />1. Septic System <br />2. Roll down doors at pavilion <br />3. Contingency (5%) <br />4. Geo-technical engineering <br />5. Civil Engineering <br />6.
