Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #13-09-158 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH MNDOT FOR <br />SIGNING THE Mississippi River TRAIL <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has passed a resolution supporting regional trail status <br />for planned trails, and existing trails along the Mississippi River within Anoka County and the <br />City of Ramsey; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. The City of Ramsey ENTER INTO Mn/DOT Agreement No. 04421 with the State of <br />Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes: <br />2. To provide for the State to enter upon City Right of Way to install Mississippi River Trail <br />signing along the designated Mississippi River Trail route on City roadways and for the <br />City to provide for proper maintenance of the route signing.
