Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />CITY RESOLUTION #13-09-162 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING FOR ADOPTION OF RIGHT OF <br />WAY ORDINANCES WITH ELECTRIC UTILITIES <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) A hearing shall be held at 7 p.m. on October 8, 2013 in the Council chambers of the <br />Ramsey Muinicipal Center located at 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, <br />55303, to consider the adoption of right of way ordinances with electric utilities. <br />2) The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of said hearing to be published once in <br />the official newpaper at least 10 days prior to the hearing, and once in the Ramsey <br />Resident newsletter at least 10 days prior to the hearing. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 10t1i day of September, 2013. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #13-09-162 <br />Page 1of1 <br />
