p.1 <br />a■�Sep 05 13 12:03p <br />■ <br />■ <br />■ <br />■on <br />The Tinklenberg Group <br />i i;•a fu ereE:cr.:;¢ i si_rzteq:es zno soisi�ra <br />Amendment # 2 <br />2013 Consulting Services Agreement <br />September, 2013 <br />It is hereby mutually agreed that the 2013 Consulting Services Agreement between the <br />City of Ramsey and The Tinklenberg Group is amended to provide for the following <br />additional services intended to advance the construction of the Trunk Highway 10 and <br />Armstrong Boulevard interchange: <br />1) Continuing efforts with MnDOT supporting the Armstrong interchange and <br />possible opportunities to advance its construction. <br />2) Work with key legislative leaders to maintain awareness of the Armstrong <br />interchange project and support for state funding alternatives. <br />3) Maintaining effective communication with the offices of the Governor and the <br />MnDOT Commissioner regarding their understanding of and support for the <br />project <br />4) Following up with Senators Klobuchar and Franken and Representatives <br />Bachmann, Nolan and Walz regarding federal grant support and the use of "gap" <br />financing to fund construction of the project <br />In order to implement these additional services which are intended to provide primarily a <br />monitoring and maintenance level of activities, this amendment extends the term of the <br />original agreement through January 31, 2014, at a monthly cost not to exceed $2,000.00. <br />Agreed and Approved By: <br />Sarah Strommen, Mayor Elwyn Tinklenberg, President <br />City of Ramsey <br />Date <br />The Tinklenberg Group <br />D ate <br />
