<br />Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #13-08-142 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO END A PART-TIME BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKER’S <br />PROBATIION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> Mr. Jeff Stelow began working as a part-time Building Maintenance <br />Worker on February 27, 2013, and was subject to a six-month probationary period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />Mr. Stelow has successfullycompleted the required six-month probationary <br />period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> staff recommends removing Mr. Stelow from probation <br />effective August 27, 2013, and retaining him as a part-time Building Maintenance Worker. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) Motion to adopt resolution 13-08-0142 confirming the recommendation of the Personnel <br />Committee to end the probationary period for Jeff Strelow, effective August 27, 2013 and <br />retain him as the part-time regular Building Maintenance Worker. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Riley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Tossey <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Backous <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
