The Metropolitan Area is projected to grow at a rate of 0.6 <br />percent. The expected annual rate of growth for Anoka and Sherburne Counties is an indication <br />of the expected capture of Metropolitan Area growth for the Northstar Corridor. Anoka County <br />population is expected to grow at an annual rate of 0.8 percent.
