Ramsey Station Draw Area 2016 population is estimated at <br />40,452. <br />Ramsey Station Draw Area households increased from 9,271 in 2000 to 13,522 in 2011, an <br />annual growth rate of 3.49. The Northstar Corridor Draw <br />Area population is estimated to continue to increase at a rate of 0.94 percent through 2016, when <br />population is estimated to reach 363,015. Northstar Corridor Draw Area household growth was <br />1.85 percent from 2000 to 2011, increasing households from 102,464 in 2000 to 125,352 in <br />2011. Northstar Corridor Draw Area households are estimated to increase at an annual rate of <br />0.98 percent through 2016, increasing households to 131,616 by 2016. <br />Metropolitan Area population and households are increasing at slower rates than both the <br />Ramsey Station Draw Area and the Northstar Corridor Draw Area. Population growth for the <br />Metropolitan Area was 0.77 percent annually from 2000 to 2011 and is estimated at 0.71 percent <br />annually through 2016. Metropolitan Area households have been increasing at an annual rate of <br />0.91 percent between 2000 and 2011. Estimates show this household growth rate decreasing to <br />0.74 percent annually through 2016. <br />Household Income <br />Average household income for the Ramsey Station Draw Area, shown in Table 6-2, is estimated <br />at $80,465 in 2011, 10.3 percent above the Northstar Corridor Draw Area average household <br />income of $72,977 and 0.6 percent above the Metropolitan Area average household income of <br />6-2 <br />
