• Midwest Medical Examiners — An 18,353 <br />square foot office building with world class <br />medical diagnostic and scanning services. Also <br />provides coroner services for law enforcement. <br />Education <br />• Legacy Christian Academy — While not <br />located in the COR project boundaries, this K- <br />12 school will host 1,200 students and become <br />an important activity driver for the area. <br />• PACT Charter School — A K-12 charter school <br />with 600 students. <br />Residential Projects <br />• The Residence at the COR — A 230-unit <br />market rate apartment project that is planned to <br />open in spring of 2013. It is being developed by <br />Flaherty and Collins of Indianapolis, Indiana. <br />The City has pledged TIF revenue as well as <br />some additional equity for gap financing. This represented 75 percent of Ramsey's total <br />development in these categories. The COR captured 53 percent of the retail, 89 percent of the <br />7-7 <br />
