<br /> (the “Subject Property”) <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on June 5, 2013, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan <br />from the Applicant for a plat to be named OAKWOOD ACRES; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on July 18, 2013, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and <br />recommended that the Applicant proceed to the final plat stage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on August 5, 2013, the City of Ramsey received an application for final plat <br />from the Applicant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on September 10, 2013, the City Council reviewed the final plat. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to OAKWOOD ACRES in <br />accordance with relevant codes and contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review File <br />dated July 12, 2013, the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City, <br />th <br />amending the Final Plat to dedicate 167 as public right of way, and the requirement that Outlot <br />A be legally connected to Lot 1 or another adjacent lot through a recordable document. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Backous <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Tossey <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #13-09-160 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />
