In the event of a violation or a threat of violation ofthis ordinance, the Department <br />may institute appropriate actions or proceedings to include injunctive relief to prevent, restrain, <br />correct or abate -such violations or threatened violations; and the County Attorney may institute a civil <br />action <br />4.03 Ciyil Ation In the event of a violation of this ordinance, the County may institute appropriate <br />actions or proceedings to include injunctive relief to prevent, restrain, correct, or abate such <br />violations, or threatened viotations, and the County Attorney may institute such action. <br />-4- <br />
