CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />3. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember LeTourneau, seconded by Mayor Strommen, to approve the agenda <br />as submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Riley, Councilmember LeTourneau and Mayor <br />Strommen. Voting No: None. <br />4.
