8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced the opening of "Library on the Go," upcoming meetings, <br />and Joint Service Fire discussions. He advised of road projects and encouraged residents to use <br />the train. City Administrator Ulrich referenced recent positive press articles and reported that <br />Mr. Tinklenberg has indicated Mn/DOT is interested in a potentially earlier timeframe for the <br />Highway 10 project. <br />9.
