AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 117 (ZONING <br />AND rSUBDIVISIONS) TO AMEND SECTION 117 -1 (DEFINITIONS) AND <br />CHAPTER 117 ARTICLE II, DIVISION 8 (SIGNS) ESTABLISHING THE <br />ARMSTRONG INTERCHANGE SIGN OVERLAY DISTRICT. <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the <br />Charter of the City of Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2. SUMMARY <br />This ordinance establishes a new zoning overlay district for the pur- <br />poses of allowing for additional signage in the area adjacent to the. future <br />Armstrong Boulevard Interchange. A copy of a map illustrating the district is <br />attached as Exhibit A, hereto. <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This Ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publica- <br />tion, subject to City Charter Section 5.04. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the 27th <br />day of August, 2013. <br />ATTEST: <br />Jo Ann M.
