Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />As you know, F & R Enterprises has applied to the City for an Open <br />Burning Permit for the disposal of a large volume of pine trees <br />located on the property which is generally north of Highway 10, <br />east of Puma Street, south of 153rd and west of County No. 83. At <br />your Council Meeting on June 27, 1989, F & R made a presentation, <br />st~ff presented information, and Council directed Staff to prepare <br />Findings of Fact for your consideration at tonight's r, eeting. <br />Therefore, those draft Findings of Fact are enclosed herewith. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURES: <br /> <br />Proposed Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that you review the Findings of Fact, make <br />whatever appropriate changes and/or additions necessary and then <br />adopt the Findings of Fact. Staff furhter recommends denial of the <br />Open Burning Permit based on the Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />MOTIONS: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt the Findings of Fact relating to the <br />application of F & R Enterprises for an Open Burning Permit <br />in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion that on the basis of the foregoing Findings of Fact, <br />the Counc~ ]~c°nclu~es that an Open Burning Permit <br />should/~uld no_~be issued to F & R at the property legally <br />describedas~E--f-ollows: <br /> <br />Northeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter (NE~ of NW~) of <br />Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, except the right-of- <br />way line of the Burlington Northern Railway, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, which is located northeas~ of the <br />intersection of Puma Street and U.S. Highway i0. <br /> <br /> <br />
