Variances for the <br />street frontage re~uirements are granted to Lots <br />and 10, Block 1 and Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, such that said Lots may <br />have the following street frontages: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1: <br />Lot 3, Block 1: <br />Lot '4, Block 1: <br />Lot 8, Block 1: <br />Lot 9, BIock 1: <br />Lot 10, r, lock 1: <br />Lot 1, Block 2: <br />Lot 2, ~lock 2: <br /> <br />112.51 feet <br />345 feet <br />145.12 feet <br />160 feet <br />160 feet <br />160 feet <br />146.21 <br />66 feet. <br /> <br />6. STAGE II IMPROVEMENTS. Pursuant to Section 170.03 of the City <br /> Code, the Developer is required to pay for the first sealcoating <br /> required on the streets within the Plat. Therefore, the Developer <br /> shall pay to the City the sum of $2,500.00 which is the amount <br /> the City has determined will be required to complete the <br /> sealcoating. Said amount shall be paid to the City upon execution <br /> of this agreement and shall be non-refundable to the Developer. <br /> <br />7. COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENT~. The Developer agrees to complete <br /> the Stage I improvements referred to in Paragraph 1 on or before <br /> June 30, 1989. <br /> <br />Se <br /> <br />BUILDINC P~RMITS. The Developer agrees that, in compliance with <br />the City Code, no building permits shall be is-~ued until (1) the <br />financial security described in Paragraph 2 above and the <br />$1,200.00 described in Paragraph 3 above have been deposited with <br />the City and the $2,500.00 required in Paragraph 5 has been paid, <br />and (2) no building permits shall be issued for Lots 1, 2 and 3, <br />Block 3 and Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, until the elevation of said <br />Lots are raised to an elevation specified by the City Engineer, in <br />order that these lots are deemed buildable. <br /> <br /> ~IN WITNESS ~REREOF, the parties have executed this instrument this <br />/~E~ELOPEK: <br /> <br /> David G.
