CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> <br /> Kearn Ward: Skelgas, Inc. <br /> 7255 High:.'~), 10 NW <br /> Ramsey, MN 553'33 <br />Pli"~: 28-32-25-44-0009 <br /> <br />On , 1989, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey to Keam Ward, <br />Skelgas, Inc. (AppLcant), to construct a 16 x 24 loot building expansion on the properly at <br />7255 Highway 10 14W, which property is legally described as tollows: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 7, Audilor's Subdivision No. 34, Anoka Courtly, MN described as follows, <br />to-wit: commencing at the Sout~east corner of said Lot 7, thence Northweslerly on the <br />Southerly line of said Lot 7 a distance of 770 tee1 to the point of commencement of the <br />land to be described herein, thence North and p~rallel with the East line of said Lol 7 a <br />distance of 335 tee,, lo the Northerly line of said Lot 7, thence Southeasterly along the <br />Northen,' line o! said Lol 7 a distance of 200 feet, thence South and parallel with the <br />said Easl line of Lot 7 ~ distance of 335 feet 1o the Southerly line of said Lot 7 and State <br />Trunk Highway, thence Northwesterly on 1he said Southerly line of said Lot 7 a distance <br />of 200 feet to place of commencement and containing 1.4 acres: that this plot correctly <br />designates said survey and properly: that there are no encroachments on said property. <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions <br />of this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />The structure shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted to and <br />approved by the Building Official. No construction shall commence prior to the <br />issuance of a building permit by the Building Cilia. iai. <br /> <br />The structure shall be treated with appropriate materials as specified in Section <br />170.017L of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />The June 12, 1989 recommendations by the Ram, sey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, as well as City Engineer reports shall be compiled with. <br /> <br />4. The structure shall comply with the requirements of the State Eui!ding Code. <br /> <br />The grading, drainage, hard surfacing and landscaping of the site shall be subject <br />1o approval by the City Engineer. Plans as required by Section 170.017L of the <br />Cily Code, s~alt be submitted to the City Engineer and approved prior to <br />commencing said improvements. <br /> <br />To ir, sure that the site is developed in accordance with the approved plans and <br />specificatio,qs, the applicant shall provide a cash escrow, certificate of deposit, <br />letter of credit or performance bond in an amount of Nine Thousand Six Hundred <br />Sixty Dollars (S9,660.00) which equals 150% of the estimated cost of the <br />improvements as estimated by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />
