NOTICE OF PUE;LIC ttEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF ,MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public t)earing on Tuesday, l~iay ~, 19S9 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey idunicipa] Center, 15153 Nowthen lllvd. !'~V, t~amsey, l~Iinnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Lee A. Hennen's request for preliminaw plat approval of the proposed Dellwood Hills Addition. The plat consists of 2~.9 acres and is proposed to be developed with approximately 9 single family residential lot:.
