Councilmember Bawden introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL FLAT APPROVAL TO NY-10 £AMSEY nTH ADDITION <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, Mr. ~ormsn D. Holm and Mr. Gilbert A. Menkveld, hereinafter <br />referred to as "developers", have properly applied for plat <br />fo!lcd, lng described property located in the City of <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block l, Hy-10 Ramsey 3rd Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />which plat Ss known a~ P,y-10 Ramsey 4th Addition, hereinafter knc~.n as "plat"; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ram~ey ?lanning and Zoning Commission, pursuant to <br />Chapter 170.03 of the Ramsey City Code, held a public he,ring on the proposed <br />plat on Auguat 2 and 18, 1988, which hearing was duly published in the City's <br />legal newspaper and written notice of the he.~ring was given pursuant to law; <br />and <br /> <br /> %q~EREAS, the P. amsey Planning and Zoning Commission, at a special <br />meeting on August 18, 1988, recommended that the City Council grant preliminary <br />plat approval of the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Planni~g and Zoning <br />Com--ission's public hearing and meeting minutes, which minutes are incorperated <br />as is fully set forth herein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ar z regular meeting on August 23, !988 the Ramsey City <br />Council granted preliminary plat approval of the plat as reaommended by the <br />Planning and Zoning C~i~sion contingem: upon :he developers ex:ending Ferret <br />Street N.W. to :he n~r=hern boundary cf :he pla: an~imiting access :o Let 3 <br /> <br /> Ve~ 7 <br /> WEE~, at a regular mee:ing on O~tober !l, !P~8 the ~am~ey City <br />Council granted final pla: approval of :he plat contingent upon the developers <br />cons:rutting Ferret Street E.W. as a cul-de-sac with an eas~em: dedicated for <br />the possible future ex:erosion cf Ferret Street K.W. :o the ncr=hera boundary cf <br />the plat and am=ess to Lo: 3 being !imi:ed :o Ferret S:ree~ ~.W. <br /> <br />NOW TEEP~EFOP~, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE Ci~"~f OF P,A.U.
