Banwart, Community Deve;opment D~rector <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On November 29, 1988, the City of Ramsey received a sketch plan ~'om Gerald Bauer for Oak <br />Run Addili;,n. On December 9. 1988, the City re~..:wed the application and escrow amount. The <br />prop?~ed addition is Iocaled in the Norlhwest Quarier of the Norther. st Quarle' ol Section 20, <br />which is East of Nowthen Boulevard and North c'. and including Coquina Slreei Northwest. The <br />proposed plat includes twelve (12) lots; 10 of which are 2.5 acres in siz6 and two (2) which <br />are £.1 acres in size. On <br />December 8, 1988, the Park and R6-sreation Commission moved 1o accept len percent (10%) of <br />fair markel value as park dedication. On March 7, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission conducted a public hearing. On March 13, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission granted preliminary plat approval of Oak Run Addition with a number of conditions. <br /> <br />On March 28, 1989, lhe' Ramsey City Council approved the prelimins'y plat of Oak Run <br />Addition with the tollowing items: <br /> <br />The developer and adjacent landowners shall not be required to provide a <br />seaicoating escrow. <br /> <br />Variances will be granted to lot size and a common access onto a major <br />thoroughfare for Lots 7 and 8, Block I. <br /> <br />Trees and plantings on Lot 7, Block 1, be limited so as to not restrict.. <br />visibiiity onto C.S.A.H. No. 5. <br /> <br />The developer complies with all items contained in the ""*, ~ <br /> ,.., h), Enaineer's <br />report dated February 28, i989. <br /> <br />5.
