The right of access <br />to the county highway from Lots 5, 6, 7, Block ! should be <br />dedicated to Anoka County with the driveway access location <br />indicated for Lots 5 and 6. Lots 5 and 6 will re~aire a <br />variance for access onto a major thoroughfare. <br /> <br />Lots 5 and 6, Block 1 do not meet the minimum 2.5 acre lot <br />requirement and would require a variance. <br /> <br />4.
