<br />WHEREAS, the Ramsay Planning and Zoning Commission met on December 6, ;988 to consider
<br />the Developers request for sketch plan review of Oak Run Addition; at which time the
<br />Commission recommended that the Developer proceed to preliminary plat approval; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Ramsay Park and Re2reation Commission met on December 8, 1988 to consider
<br />the Developers request for sketch plan review of Oak Run Addition; at which time the
<br />Commission recommended that the Developer proceed to preliminary plat approval; and
<br />recommend thal park dedication be satisfied in cas,~ pursuant to City Code at the time of
<br />subdivision application.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Ramsay Planning and Zoning Commission met on March 13, 1989 and
<br />recommended preliminary plat approval of Oak Run Addition with a number of conditions; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on March 28, 1989 ar..d approved the preliminary plat
<br />of Oak Run Addition with s number of conditions.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Ramsay, Anoka County,
<br />State of Minnesota, as follows: that final plat approval of Oak Run Addition is granted contlngent
<br />upon the following:

<br />The Developer and adjacent landowners shall not be required to provide a
<br />sealcoating escrow.
