On December 8, 1988, the Park an~ <br />Recreation Commission recommended that 75 feet along the South sidc of the propemy and one acre <br />in the Southwest quarter of the plat and the remainder in cash be used to satis~' park dedication <br />requirements. On January 4, 1989, the Cit.v received formal application and escrow payment for <br />the subdix'ision platting process. Also on Januaw 4, !98c3, R. J. Sybrant 2nd Addition's name was <br />changed to North Forty 2nd Addition. On Februaw 7, 1989 the Ramsay Planning and Zoning <br />Commission tabled action on the plat until the developer has complied wit?, commen:s in the CiD' <br />Engineer's report (January 31, 1989).
