Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PRICE QUOTATIONS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR <br />LOCKSMITHING SERVICES AT THE RAMSEY MUNICIPAL CENTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has received price quotations for Iocksmithing <br />services at the Ramsey Municipal Center as follows: <br /> <br />Coop's Locksmith: <br />Artisan Lock and Key: <br />City Wide Lock and Alarm: <br /> <br />$1,307.50 <br />$2,785.50 <br />$3,361.00 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1 ) That the City of Ramsey hereby accepts the aforestated proposals for <br />Iocksmithing services. <br /> <br /> 2 ) That the City of Ramsey authorizes the City Administrator to enter into an <br />agreement with Coop's Locksmith of 220 West Main Street, Anoka, Minnesota to provide <br />Iocksmithing services in accordance with the attached lock plan for the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Counciimember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Counci! this <br />the 27th day of June, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
