At <br />that time I did not realize that the spring of '89 would be so <br />late. The frost was late coming out of the ground which slowed <br />the production progress of the wrought iron fence since it could <br />not be manufactured until grading was complete. Since the frost <br />went out - we have had a wetter than normal year which also <br />delayed progress. <br /> <br /> The only items left to do at this time are seed and sod and <br />chain link fence which we are planning to do this week.
