Proposals were received from area <br />locksmiths for r6.keying the locks in the Ramsey Municipal Center and installing fused <br />closers and panic bars where appropriate. The following is a summary of the propos21s <br />received: <br /> <br />Coop's Locksmith: <br />Artisan Lock and Key: <br />City Wide Lock and Alarm: <br /> <br />$1,307.50 <br />$2,785.50 <br />$3,361.00 <br /> <br />It has been approximately four years since the Ramsey Municipal Center locks have been <br />rekeyed, and the proposed lock plan makes full utilization of the master key features of <br />the locks wilhin the Municipal Center. Additionally, several potential fire hazards exist <br />where closers are not fused and panic bars are not in place to meet current Fire Code <br />standards. <br /> <br />Introduce park and open space dedication ordinance (enclosed). <br /> <br />Receive police report for the month of May, 1989 (enclosed). <br /> <br />Receive building report for the month of April, 1989 (enclosed). <br /> <br />Approve change order no. 2 to construction contract for Improvement Project #88-13 <br />(Rum River Terrace site improvements) (enclosed). <br /> <br />Adopt resolution approving pay estimate no. 9 to W. B. Miller, Inc. for Improvement <br />Project #88-13 (Rum River Terrace site improvements) in the amount of <br />$44,171.20 (enclosed). <br /> <br />Adopt resolution approving pay estimate no. 9 to S. J. Louis Construction for <br />Improvement Project #87-19 (extension of sewer and water to Industrial Area) in the <br />amount of $10,318.09 (enclosed). <br /> <br />1 6) Adopt resolution approving pay estimate no. 3 to Northdale Construction Company, Inc. <br /> for Improvement Project #88-9 (improvements to Front Street N.W.) in the amount of <br /> $52,796.16 (enclosed). <br /> <br />1 7) Adopt resolution approving pay estimate no. 1 (final) to Bergman Companies, Inc. for <br /> Improvement Project #89-2 (pavement crack filling) in the amount of $8,342.00 <br /> (enclosed). <br /> <br /> <br />
