Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION ~89-06- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR BERGMANCOMPANIES, INC. (SERVICE PROJECT 89-2 PAVEMENT CRACE FILLING) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on May 9, 1989; and WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~89-05- awarding the bid to Bergman Companies, Inc. for the improvement of Pavement Crack Filling. ~EREAS, City Engineer Pete Raati}~a of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to Berg]nan Companies, Inc. in the amount of $8,342.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAY~SEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Bergman Companies, Inc. for the improvement of Pavement Crack Filling in the amount of $8,342.00. 2) That the city Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution %89-06- approving payment of the bills for the month of June, 1989. 4) The City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: an~ the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of June, 1989.
