Counc i lmemb e r <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~89-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR C.B.I. NA-CON, INC. (PROJECT <br />087-19 ELEVATED STORAGE T~K NO. 1). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this <br />prcject on April 14, 1988; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution %88- awarding the bid to C.B.I. Na-Con, Inc. for the <br />construction of elevated Storage Tank No. 1; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raati'kka of Hakanson Anderso~ <br />Associates, Inc. recommended final pa}~ent to C.B.I. Na-Con, Inc. <br />in the amount of $4,417.50. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final paYment to <br />CBI Na-Con, Inc. for the construction of elevated Storage Tank <br />No. 1 in the amount of $4,417.50. <br /> <br /> 2) That the city Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this partial paYment. <br /> <br /> 3) The amount of this partial pa}~ent is not included in <br />Resolution 089-06- approving paYment of bills for the month of <br />June, 1989. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided <br />a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption cf the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey city Council this the 27th day of June, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
