Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 089-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR CENTRAL LANDSCAPING, INC. <br />(PROJECT ~89-3 CENTRAL PARK TURF ESTABLISHME~T AND IRRIGATION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this <br />project on March 28, 1989; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution 489-03-60 awarding the bid to Central Landscaping, Inc. <br />for the Central Park Turf Establishment and Irrigation. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., <br />recommended final payment to Central Landscaping, Inc. in the <br />amount of $13,982.60. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MInnESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to <br />Central Landscaping, Inc. for Central Park Turf Establishment and <br />Irrigation in the amount of $13,982.60. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />~dministrator to sign the release form for this final payment. <br /> <br /> 3) That. the total amount of this final payment is not <br />included in Resolution %89-06-__ approving pa]~ent of bills for the <br />month of June, 1989. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided <br />a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for this adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of June, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
