As you will note the ordinance specifically addresses elm and oak <br />forms of disease and there is no real referencing to the pine bark beetle. <br /> <br />This problem will soon be remedied ~4th the adoption of appropriate ordinances. <br />You will be copied as well as other affected property owners when said ordinance <br />is adopted.
